While "Event-Specific" training can serve to refine your technique and form, a stronger, faster, more agile athlete will often be the victor.

Here at Lone Star, our coaches have educational backgrounds in the various disciplines of Sport Science, including Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, Kinesiology, Motor Learning, and Physical Education. We also have extensive experience in training athletes from a variety of different sporting backgrounds. Our proven training methods have taken these athletes from average players to some of the top ranked competitors in their respective sports.

Lone Star can help YOU realize your full potential as an athlete in sports such as:

Athletes who sign up for monthly or annual plans will receive:


• Customized long and short-term training plans covering all aspects of their training
• 1 hour small-group training sessions (usually 5 or less participants) up to 3x per week
• An initial testing battery to assess strengths and weaknesses
• Quarterly testing to assess improvement
• Nutritional information including recommended diets and supplements

Rates:
One-Day Training Session: $30/hour
Monthly Training: $200
Annual Training: $2000
