| Performance Testing - our collegiate-standard testing battery includes a Flying 30m dash, a standing long and triple jump, an overhead backward and between-the-legs forward shot put throw, a one-rep max bench press, back squat, deadlift, power clean, and power snatch, and a 6-Step Max Grip pole plant/takeoff drill. These tests measure speed, strength, power, coordination, and technique to highlight strengths and weaknesses and help assess individual training needs. | $25/month |
