Monthly Club Memberships

PLATINUM
$250/month

A Platinum club membership is for the "vocational" pole vaulter who is committed full-time to advancing his/her pole vaulting career through-out high school, college, and beyond. Training is professionally designed with long-term career goals in mind.
The vocational athlete typically trains up to 11 months per year, 6 days per week (3 supervised workouts, 3 independent).

GOLD
$175/month

A Gold club membership is for the "developmental" pole vaulter who seeks to improve his/her skills to their maximum potential at the current time. Training is designed with peaking during the upcoming or current competition season in mind.
The developmental athlete typically trains a minimum of 3 months per year, 4 days @ week (2 supervised workouts, 2 independent).

SILVER
$100/month

A Silver club membership is for the "recreational" pole vaulter who wants to improve his/her skills but may not have the time or capacity for extensive workouts or supple-mental training. The bulk of time is spent actually pole vaulting.
The recreational athlete typically trains one month at a time, 1-2 days per week (1-2 supervised workouts).

Group Practice By-the-Hour - participation in an instructed group pole vault practice $30/hour
Private Lesson with Head Coach Kris Allison - one-on-one personalized instruction by the hour. May be split amongst 2 athletes by request. Any additional athletes above 2 are an additional $25/hour apiece. $75/hour
Private Lesson with Associate Head Coach Chelsea Johnson - one-on-one personalized instruction by the hour. May be split amongst 2 athletes by request. Any additional athletes above 2 are an additional $25/hour apiece. $75/hour
Private Lesson with Assistant Coach Jessica Blair - one-on-one personalized instruction by the hour. May be split amongst 2 athletes by request. Any additional athletes above 2 are an additional $25/hour apiece. $50/hour
Training Plans - printed workout templates applicable to vaulters of all levels using time-tested training methods $15/month
Customized Training Plans - customized for your personal best, month-by-month training plans including workouts for strength, speed, power, endurance, flexibility, and technique, as well as informative articles, helpful charts, and a training log in a personalized binder $30/month
Conference Session - 20 Minute one-on-one conference to discuss progress, set goals, current training, and any other pertinent concerns or questions $20/session
Performance Testing - our collegiate-standard testing battery includes a Flying 30m dash, a standing long and triple jump, an overhead backward and between-the-legs forward shot put throw, a one-rep max bench press, back squat, deadlift, power clean, and power snatch, and a 6-Step Max Grip pole plant/takeoff drill. These tests measure speed, strength, power, coordination, and technique to highlight strengths and weaknesses and help assess individual training needs. $25/month
College Recruitment Assistance - includes a letter of reference, up to 12 emails & 6 phone calls to prospective college coaches, and 30 minutes of question and answer time in person, by phone, or via email regarding recommendations and college info $30/month
