Practice Schedule
Group Lessons - For the time-being, ALL practices are mixed-ability, meaning everyone is eligible to come to any practice. Here is our current group schedule:
Private Lessons - We now offer private lessons not only in the pole vault, but high jump, long jump, triple jump, shot put, discus, javelin, hammer, hurdles, sprints, strength, agility, speed, core, and any other custom personal training need. You can schedule online now for any of these options! Private lessons can be scheduled for 1, 1.5, or 2 hours in length. Lessons can be scheduled with Coach Kris Allison, Associate Head Coach Chelsea Johnson (select Sundays), or Assistant Coach Jessica Blair. Available private lesson dates and times can be found in the online scheduler.
