Wednesday - 9am-8pm ( 2 - 5pm Tubing Trip!)
Thursday - 9am - 12pm

• Periodized Training.
All vaulters receive a free t-shirt.
Items to bring include: 5 sets of workout clothing, tennis shoes,
spikes, swimsuit, sunscreen, towel, and open mind!
All poles and equipment are provided.
